I am a Nigeria-based Lawyer, Solicitor and Legal Consultant who helps organizations and individuals to navigate the regulatory web of modern enterprise and interactions with legal services spanning corporate and property law.
Backed by more than 14 years of experience in the Nigerian legal industry, I provide advice and counsel to individuals and organisations on a wide range of subjects that cut across property, corporate, criminal and civil law – with a particular focus on corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate matters, operations issues, litigations and investigations.
Before being called to the Nigerian Bar, I worked in a number of administrative roles at different law firms and legal departments of government organisations where I was able to gain expertise on the administrative and operational technicalities that contribute to the successful operation of organisations.
In my spare time, I enjoy mentoring others, staying active and travelling. I pride myself in being highly versed in the Abuja restaurant scene and enjoy hosting my clients after successfully resolving their legal matters.

As part of my training and qualification in Nigeria, I gained expert knowledge and expertise to practice the Nigerian Civil, Criminal, Property, and Corporate laws. Despite this, in my private practice, I provide corporate and property legal services to my clients. The grades in the progress bar here were calculated based on the number of cases I have handled and do not conclusively determine the percentage of my expertise in those areas.
